"Yes, I definitely think it lives up to the website. I've always felt fabulous after leaving the salon--my hair felt healthier and I felt like I had a great haircut and colour. So much so that I keep looking for a duplicate but can't find it anywhere. I've always been treated welcoming; offered a drink; had my head massaged (I love that). I feel like I now have expectations but haven't been able to find anyone else who delivers. Thanks a lot!" is what my sister replied (who lives too far away to get her hair done here now), after I asked her to look over our work in progress website so far and give me some feedback. She said so many nice things about the website I hesitated to ask if the salon lived up to the expectation created by the website or if I over-sold?
This is what I have loved about my career choice in being a hairstylist and salon owner. It's what I strive for as a stylist and owner every day. To provide the best service and customer experience to everyone that should give us the opportunity to be a part of their lives in such a great way. Making people feel better by making them feel beautiful.
